Staff availability depends on the type of service being booked, Dress Code, as well as the location. Once these details of your booking are provided, we are able to e-mail you a description and photos of our staff matching your request.

To serve you better make sure to include the details such as the date, start and duration times, number of staff needed, the occasion or theme and preferred Dress Code(s).
A minimum 50% deposit confirms the booking and the remainder is due at least 24 hours prior to the booked date. For more details please refer to our Policies page.
Our staff arrive with the full set of tools and supplies required to perform their duties with some minor exceptions:
Cleaning & Housekeeping: Let us know in advance if you need our staff to bring vacuum cleaner, broom or extendable window squeegee.
Cooking: Major ingredients are not provided. If you prefer us to purchase and deliver the products an extra charge of $25 for the delivery and the cost of ingredients is applied. Purchase receipts are provided upon arrival.
Event Staffing: We do not provide alcohol, ice, glassware, and garnishes, such as lemons, limes, oranges and strawberries, but we can do the following:
Once all of the details of the event/service are confirmed, a brief bio and photos of the Maids and Valets available in your area will be emailed to you.
Yes, we value your privacy; as such you don't have to provide us with your real name or with your payment information (banking card number, billing address, etc.). Unless otherwise requested, invoicing and payment processing is done through PayPal (a worldwide leader in providing security and protection to both buyers and sellers) with confirmation sent to us once completed.
E-transfers & Cash payments must be paid at least 24 hours prior to your booking.
Yes, our staff arrives wearing professional attire or street clothes without any company logos on the clothing or bags.
No, we are very open minded so it is up to you to decide how you and your guests, if any, would like to dress during your booked session/event.
Yes, most definitely. Depending on the occasion &/or your desire, we can customize our services, duties &/or our outfits accordingly. If you have a special request drop us a line and we will respond with the details on what can be done for you.
Photo, audio, video devices or any digital recordings, hidden or otherwise are not permitted without consent. A $500 fine will be enforced if such a device, photographs and/or videos are discovered and traced to you.
If you are having a party/event, we do understand you will be taking pictures and/or videos, all we want is to be fair to our staff and avoid getting them in the pictures. We value your privacy. Please respect ours. Just ask our staff to put on a masquerade mask (which they carry with them) so you can take pictures freely.
Photo Sessions with our Maids and Valets can be arranged for an additional fee.
Credit is given and could be applied towards any future services if the booking is cancelled 48 hours in advance.
A $35 fee applies to a cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to the booked date of the event/service, and/or if our staff are unable to gain access to the premises/venue as stated by you at the time of booking.
A refund can be issued to the client in some instances, which is solely to the discretion of the management team.
