Our Maids and Valets do NOT provide sexual favors.
No physical contact, sexual advances or vulgar language towards our Maids and/or Valets are permitted.
We do NOT tolerate any physical and/or verbal abuse/harassment towards our Maids and Valets. The first instance will be followed by $500 fee. On the second occurrence you will be charged $500 fee and banned from receiving our services in the future. The $500 fee is fully retained by Maids and Valets Inc. to avoid any unnecessary claims by our Maids and/or Valets.
Our Maid(s) and/or Valet(s) can refuse to provide booked service(s) and/or leave at any time if policies are not complied with and/or if our Maid(s) or Valet(s) feel(s) that the environment is unsafe and/or dangerous. As such we do ask to keep all pets secured away from the area in which booked services are to be performed.
We are not responsible for broken, lost or stolen items and you agree to take full responsibility on yourself and not to prosecute. While we carefully screen our staff, we do ask you to put your valuables out of sight before our Maid(s) and/or Valet(s) arrive.
Bookings:
To book and to enjoy our services in other than Strictly Professional attire you must be over 18 years of age or older and must ensure that no minors are present at the time the services are rendered.
We value your privacy; as such you don't have to provide us with your real name or with your payment information (banking card number, billing address, etc.). Unless otherwise requested, invoicing and payment processing is done through PayPal, a worldwide leader in providing security and protection to both buyers and sellers. We don't handle your payment information as you enter it yourself securely on a PayPal website and we only receive a confirmation from PayPal that our invoice has been paid but your personal information is never provided to us.
A minimum 50% deposit is required at the time of booking; the remaining amount is due at least 24 hours before the event/booking.
Transportation fees may apply for locations outside of TTC accessible areas.
Cancellations:
If the appointment is canceled 48 hours in advance, the client is given a credit to be used towards any future Maids and Valets Inc. services.
A $35 fee is applicable in the case of a late cancellation (less than 48 hours) and/or if our Maid(s) and/or Valet(s) are unable to gain access to the premises stated by you at the time of booking.
Direct Employment:
Should you directly employ, without our consent, anyone currently employed by us or anyone who was employed by us within the six month period prior to such employment, you are liable for an employment referral fee of $5,000.00 per person. You agree to pay this fee whether you notify us of your action or we discover this employment independently. You further agree to reimburse us for any and all collection or legal fees we incur.
Our employees have signed Prohibiting Disloyal Competition contracts with us and are subject to the fine as well.
Image and/or Video Recording:
Photography or any hidden recording devices are not permitted. A $500 fine will be enforced if such a device, photographs and/or videos are discovered and traced to you.
Photo Sessions with our Maids and Valets can be arranged for an additional fee if desired.
